Together, we'll embark on venue tours, offer you the very best vendor recommendations, and handle all communication and bookings with your selected vendors and venue. We will meticulously manage your budget, keeping track of all payment due dates to alleviate any stress. We will also locate out of town guest accomodations, assist with sourcing favors and welcome bags, create your wedding website, and more.

We provide you with vendor recommendations, advice, and contract review. This package includes everything in the month-of coordination package plus five planning meetings, unlimited email communication, up to six vendor/styling meetings, and full access to our online planning platform. We believe that design is an integral part of creating a memorable wedding, so we've included everything from our design and styling package as well. Our team, consisting of one lead planner and two assistants, will flawlessly coordinate and style your wedding day. From managing the logistics to ensuring every detail is picture-perfect, we'll be there to bring your vision to life.
Month-Of Coordination
Your wedding day is approaching, and you've done an amazing job planning every detail. Now it's time to sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest. Our month-of coordination package is the perfect choice for couples who want to take the reins in planning their own wedding but desire expert assistance in ensuring a flawless execution.
Five weeks before your big day, we will begin with a kick-off meeting. From there, we'll have three additional coordination meetings to meticulously go through every aspect of your wedding, fine-tune the details, and create a comprehensive day-of timeline. We'll be the point of contact for all your vendors, confirming every detail to guarantee a seamless flow of events.
On your wedding day, our dynamic team consisting of a lead coordinator and an assistant will be there every step of the way. With up to ten hours of on-site coordination, we'll expertly execute your plans, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. From managing vendor arrivals and setup to overseeing the timeline, we've got you covered. Our goal is to take care of all the behind-the-scenes logistics, so you can fully immerse yourself in the joy and magic of your special day.
