Full Planning + Design

Our full planning and design offering is an immersive partnership for couples who value thoughtful direction, refined aesthetics, and seamless execution.

From venue selection through final teardown, every phase is led with both creative vision and logistical precision. Design is directed by Taylor, Founder and Creative Director, whose work centers on translating personal stories into layered, intentional environments. Planning and logistics are led by Gabrielle, Lead Planner, who brings structure, clarity, and calm throughout the entire process. Together, they ensure both the creative and operational sides of your wedding are handled with care and expertise.

Our design is deeply personal and fully custom. We do not work from predefined concepts or trends, but instead take time to understand your lifestyle, values, and aesthetic. Through a comprehensive Vision Guide, we define your color palette, textures, florals, tablescape styling, lighting, spatial design, and more so every detail feels cohesive, distinctive, and reflective of you.

This experience includes unlimited planning, vendor, and design consultations alongside ongoing communication. We schedule and attend venue tours, introduce you to a curated team of creative partners, and manage all vendor communication, timelines, and budget tracking on your behalf.

On your wedding weekend, our team manages on-site production, logistics, and full design execution with a calm and discreet presence, ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly while you remain fully present. This offering is ideal for couples who value bespoke design, thoughtful planning, and a highly curated wedding experience from beginning to end.

EVENT Coordination

Our Wedding Coordination offering is designed for couples who have thoughtfully managed the planning process but want an experienced team to bring everything together with precision, calm, and professionalism in the final phase.

In the month leading up to your wedding, we step in to review your plans, confirm logistics, and connect with your vendor team to ensure every detail is clear, organized, and aligned. While you lead the planning, our role is to refine, structure, and translate your vision into a seamless execution plan. We oversee final timeline development, vendor communication, and key logistical details as the event approaches, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

On the wedding weekend, your event is supported by a team of at least two planners, led by a dedicated Lead Coordinator, with team size tailored based on the scope and complexity of your celebration. From vendor arrivals and ceremony transitions to managing guest flow and timing throughout the event, everything is handled with discretion, efficiency, and care. This offering is ideal for couples who have built a strong planning foundation and now want professional oversight to ensure their wedding is executed with intention and precision.

Design + Styling WITH
EVENT COORDINATION

This offering is created for couples who have handled the majority of their planning but want both creative leadership and professional coordination to bring everything together with clarity and precision.

Your design and styling begins one year out, guided by our Creative Director. Through a custom Vision Guide, we develop your color palette and full visual direction, then translate that into florals, tabletop design, rentals, stationery, lighting, spatial styling, and more. Every element is thoughtfully curated to feel cohesive, layered, and aligned with the overall tone of your celebration.
 

Your coordination begins one month prior to the wedding, led by a dedicated Lead Coordinator. At that point, we step in to review your plans, connect with your vendor team, confirm logistics, and build a comprehensive execution strategy. Our role is to refine your planning and ensure all details come together seamlessly in the final stretch.

On the wedding weekend, on-site execution is led by your Lead Coordinator and supported by a minimum of two additional team members, with staffing scaled based on the production level and complexity of your event. We oversee both the creative installation and event logistics, managing transitions, timing, and flow so everything unfolds smoothly and effortlessly.
 

This service is ideal for couples who want elevated design direction layered into their planning process, paired with professional coordination to ensure a visually refined and flawlessly executed wedding day.
