Gabrielle is the perfect mix of calm confidence and thoughtful organization, the kind of planner who makes couples feel instantly at ease. She approaches every wedding with a strategic and intentional mindset, ensuring each moment runs smoothly and every detail is handled with care.
 

Before joining our team, Gabrielle worked as a project interior designer and later as an executive advisor, helping organizations navigate change, build resilience, and thrive under pressure. Those same skills in problem-solving, thinking ahead, and managing complex projects now make her an incredible asset to our couples.
 

A Pennsylvania native, Gabrielle spent the past eight years soaking up the beauty of Colorado before returning home. Her own love story began in high school chemistry class where she met her now-husband . When she is not planning weddings, you will find her outside hiking, biking, or kayaking, or diving into creative hobbies like making wardrobe mood boards or sketching. Wherever she is, Gabrielle brings a sense of adventure and a knack for making people feel cared for.​

Jackie is the true definition of a people person. She'll turn anyone she meets into a friend, especially our brides and bridesmaids. She has quite possibly the most contagious laugh ever and brings such positivity to all of our events. You won't see it in the moment, but just know that during your vows Jackie is somewhere listening and  gushing over your love.

Jackie holds a Masters in Education from The University of Delaware and brings her exceptional organizational skills to the table. By day, she's a dedicated teacher, and on the weekends, she effortlessly transitions into an event planner extraordinaire. Jackie's ability to juggle tasks with efficiency and precision ensures that every aspect of your special day is flawlessly executed.

Jackie lives in the suburbs with quite the crew - including her husband, two daughters, dog, and three cats. When she isn't working her magic on weddings, you can find her doing absolutely anything but sitting around. The queen of FOMO, Jackie is always busy going to wineries, museums, traveling, and trying out new restaurants with her family and friends.​

Anaiya is the go-to person for making plans happen - whether it’s crafting the perfect wedding timeline or organizing a weekend getaway, she’s always two steps ahead. With a natural talent for coordination and an eye for detail, she thrives on bringing a vision to life, ensuring every event runs flawlessly from start to finish.​

Originally from South Jersey, Anaiya spent her college years in NYC, where she gained hands-on experience in fashion and beauty marketing. From assisting with NYFW shows to working behind the scenes at brand events, she developed an eye for detail and a love for fast-paced environments—both of which make her an incredible asset to our team.

Now back in South Jersey, Anaiya balances wedding planning with her favorite city outings: dinners and drinks with friends, hot pilates sessions, and quality time with her black kitten, Salem (yes, named after Sabrina the Teenage Witch). As the oldest of five siblings, she’s no stranger to multitasking and keeping things running smoothly—skills that make her a pro at executing seamless wedding days!

Sarah’s love for weddings started early - growing up in the same small town as Taylor in Massachusetts, she worked in wedding catering and quickly became hooked on the magic of a perfectly executed event. Her passion only grew from there, leading her to run campus events at American University in DC and even make a couple of background appearances on Four Weddings (circa 2013—yes, she has receipts).
 

With a Type A personality and a deep love for timelines and details, Sarah thrives in keeping weddings running seamlessly. By day, she’s a design lead and project manager at a consulting firm, so multitasking and precision are second nature to her. When she’s on-site at a wedding, you can trust that every tiny detail is accounted for.
 

After the pandemic, Sarah and her husband made the move to Philly, where they found the perfect place to plant roots. They welcomed their first daughter, Josephine, in July 2025. When she’s not meticulously planning events, you can find her exploring the city and dreaming up future celebrations.

Shannon is the kind of person you can always count on - organized, dependable, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes her way.  Her strong communication skills and timeliness make her an invaluable part of our team, helping couples feel at ease knowing every detail is in place. Whether she’s managing timelines, coordinating vendors, or adding the finishing touches to a reception space, Shannon thrives on making each wedding a flawless and memorable experience.

Originally from Berwyn, Shannon attended Shippensburg and St. Joseph’s before settling back in the area with her husband, their son, Landon and cat Presley. When she’s not bringing wedding visions to life, she loves spending time at the beach, getting lost in a good book, and making memories with family. She’s also a dedicated runner, having completed six half marathons (and countless other races), proving she’s always up for a challenge! With her calm and steady presence, Shannon ensures every couple can fully enjoy their wedding day, soaking in the joy while she handles the details.

Kaśka’s journey in the wedding industry began after graduating from Drexel University with an International Business degree and moving to Seattle, where she fell in love with the art of event planning. She spent years coordinating adventure elopements and intimate weddings, drawn to the creativity, logistics, and emotions that make each celebration unforgettable. Now back in Philadelphia, she brings her keen eye for aesthetics and seamless coordination to every wedding she is a part of. You’ll definitely catch her tearing up during vows and toasts!

Kaśka and her fiancé got engaged in Zermatt, Switzerland and share a love for adventure with their husky, Denali. A passionate traveler, she’s always chasing her next challenge. Right now, that means preparing to conquer climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Whether she’s skiing, golfing, hiking, doing yoga, or capturing moments through photography, she thrives on exploration and new experiences. With a detail-driven and heartfelt approach, Kaśka ensures every couple’s wedding day is as special as their love story.

Caroline is a natural problem solver who thrives on making wedding days run seamlessly. Growing up in her family’s restaurant and catering business, she was immersed in hospitality early, working events by 14. She’s done it all, from guest services to bartending, and understands what it takes to create an unforgettable experience. With a background as a chief of staff managing complex projects and timelines, she handles even the busiest wedding days with precision and ease.

Caroline’s love language is acts of service, and nothing fulfills her more than giving couples the peace of mind to be fully present on their wedding day. She’s passionate about making others feel special, whether through an impeccably executed event or a thoughtful behind-the-scenes touch.

When she’s not bringing wedding visions to life, Caroline spends time with her husband, Joe, and their growing family—daughters Olivia and Natalie, their golden retriever, Dawkins, and a baby boy on the way! She loves golfing, cooking, and being outdoors, especially at her family’s lake house in New York.

Mikey’s journey with Taylor Emily Events began from the other side of the planning process, after hiring the TEE team herself, she quickly fell in love with the care, passion, and detail that goes into creating an unforgettable wedding day. Now, as a Lead Coordinator, she brings that same genuine appreciation to every couple she works with. By day, Mikey is a 5th grade math teacher, a role that has made her incredibly organized, patient, and calm under pressure. On wedding days, she brings that same steady energy to every detail, handling the logistics behind the scenes while reminding couples to slow down, soak it all in, and enjoy the love surrounding them.

Mikey is especially known for her love of a fun groom’s party—whether she’s pinning boutonnieres, keeping the energy high, or rocking out to whatever’s on the aux, she’s always ready to join in on the celebration.

Outside of TEE and the classroom, Mikey loves barre and Pilates, reading, taking walks with friends, and seeing live music with her fiancé. With her warm personality, thoughtful approach, and knack for keeping things running smoothly, Mikey makes sure every couple feels completely supported, cared for, and present for the moments that matter most.

Faith is the kind of planner who stays calm when things get busy and brings a little extra excitement to every wedding day. Creative, organized, and always ready to jump in, she has a natural eye for detail and a knack for solving problems before they become problems. Whether she’s putting out a last-minute fire, easing pre-wedding nerves, or cheering a couple on throughout their day, she loves being a source of encouragement during such a meaningful celebration.

A Downingtown, PA native, Faith studied Communications at West Chester University and Villanova University. Organizing events has always come naturally to her, and throughout college, she loved planning and executing events for university clubs. After gaining hands-on experience through internships, she quickly discovered that weddings were her favorite kind of event—and nearly two years later, she hasn’t looked back. She loves helping clients create an atmosphere filled with joy, beauty, and plenty of fun. For her, weddings are about more than the details; they’re about creating an experience where people feel supported, present, and excited to celebrate.

When she’s not planning weddings, you’ll likely find Faith running, reading, gardening, or discovering a new hobby. She loves staying active and is always up for trying something new. She believes a good day starts with coffee and can always be made better with a sweet treat. A country music fan and Nerdscluster enthusiast, Faith has a soft spot for the little things that make life feel special. With a heart for people, she brings kindness, optimism, and warmth to every wedding day she’s a part of!
