My husband and I knew right off the bat that we wanted to hire a wedding planner to help keep us on track, sane, and less stressed during the wedding planning process - and Taylor Emily Events MORE than met expectations. From our very first meeting where we discussed our vision I instantly felt heard and understood and they 100% delivered on that vision through out the whole process. She helped us pick a venue, our vendors, and design beautiful invites/signage/and tablescapes. On the week leading up to the wedding, we were even able to take a mini vacation because we knew that everything was being handled by Taylor and her team! The running phrase in our family is "everyone needs a Taylor in their life" and it couldn't be more true!

We could not have done this wedding without Taylor Emily Events. She helped us choose and focus our design aesthetic throughout the entire planning process, and it paid off when saw our venue decorated and were absolutely jaw dropped. From connecting with vendors to coordinating our rehearsal she was such a voice of reason in the chaos that is wedding planning, and we would pay for them ten times over.

I don’t even know where to start. I turned to Taylor Emily Events in a panic when my venue had to be changed and I was 2 months away from my wedding, dealing with all these changes, and needing a coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was organized and reminded me of so many little things I didn’t even think of. I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are that we met Taylor. Her and her team were absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning. We actually started with their basic package and upgraded because we immediately saw how much value they brought to our wedding. They did in person meetings, zoom meeting, engineered diagrams for our backyard venue, coordinated with everyone from bathroom companies to table and chair companies, and even our DJ and his team. I am so thankful because they took a lot of stress off of my (now) wife, and they made the day of the wedding such a beautiful event for us. Taylor Emily Events was an absolute dream to work with in the month+ leading up to our wedding. They came recommended by our venue as they have planned and coordinated a number of weddings there and know the logistics inside and out. While we did the month-of coordination with them, they was very helpful in answering my one-off questions before our time together officially started. Once we hit one month out, Taylor and her team came in with all the tools to make everything come together – logistics, coordination with all the other vendors, timeline (I needed all the help I could get there). She was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns and had a plan for absolutely everything. Taylor helped get us all together for rehearsal, managed the rehearsal with a number of personalities, and set the tone for the weekend. The day of was so smooth and stress free – Taylor and her team made sure all the vendors were where they needed to be the night before and confirmed all the details. On the day of the wedding, Taylor and Jackie kept us all going and moving along – I literally felt no virtually no stress at all during the day or evening. Jackie made sure everything was set up exactly as we envisioned at the venue while Taylor was with us during pictures making sure we got all of the shots we wanted beforehand. Throughout the night, Taylor and Jackie made sure everything ran smoothly and worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Truly, if anything went wrong or awry during that day, I have no clue whatsoever. After months of furiously planning, I really wanted our wedding day to be one where I didn’t have to think or make a decision but just enjoy the moment. Taylor made this 100% possible through her planning and taking the time to get to know what we wanted from the day. Our wedding day was truly unforgettable and perfect (and low stress!!) for so many reasons and a big part of that is due to Taylor and Jackie. My husband and I hired Taylor Emily Events for our wedding early on in the planning process because we were overwhelmed with budgeting and trying to find vendors that wouldn’t break the bank. In addition, we were struggling to come up with a clear vision for the design of the venue. Taylor and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. We hired them for a month of coordination and the minute we had our first official phone call I knew we were in amazing hands. Taylor is cool, calm, and collected - and she made me feel like every decision I made was the right one - which at the end of the day it was because it was my wedding! As a bride, I often felt pressured to do things a certain or specific way from family or social media, but Taylor did not pressure me at all. She listened to me, was my soundboard, gave me advice that was real, and helped me to execute the perfect day that was totally right for me and my now husband. I also would like to add they were such a lovely addition to have around as my family and friends got ready. They fit right in and my parents adored them (always an added bonus!).
