When I decided I wanted to have a tented wedding at my husband’s childhood home, I had no idea just how much work was involved. But from our very first meeting, Taylor was attentive, detail-oriented and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life. Every vendor that they found for us was carefully selected with our vision and budget in mind. Taylor is also extremely gifted at the design side of wedding planning – she is a true artist. She created a custom design for us with color palettes, florals, tablescapes and more. I was blown away.

Do you charge a Travel fee?

Travel is always included in our pricing.

What is needed to secure our date?

To lock in your date, we require a 20% retainer along with a signed contract.

Do you plan rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and post wedding brunches?

Absolutely. We’re happy to assist with all of your wedding weekend events. Whether you’re envisioning an intimate welcome dinner or a celebratory post-wedding brunch, we can tailor a proposal to include exactly what you need to bring your full weekend vision to life. This proposal includes planning and design for the wedding day itself, along with our presence and coordination at the ceremony rehearsal. Additional weekend events can always be added should you decide you’d like our support in bringing those to life as well.

How many team members are on site on a wedding day?

For your wedding production, a dedicated team of four would be onsite to ensure every detail is seamlessly managed. This allows us to be present in multiple locations and handle all logistics with care. Depending on the scope and scale as we get closer to the date, additional team members may be brought in to best support the day.

WHat are the next steps?

If you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a contract for review. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting to get started and get your venue locked in!
