Do you charge a Travel fee?
Travel within one hour of Philadelphia is included. For events beyond that distance, we will include a travel fee and ask that accommodations be provided.
What is needed to secure our date?
To lock in your date, we require a 20% retainer along with a signed contract.
Do you plan rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and post wedding brunches?
Absolutely. We’re happy to assist with all of your wedding weekend events. Whether you’re envisioning an intimate welcome dinner or a celebratory post-wedding brunch, we can tailor a proposal to include exactly what you need to bring your full weekend vision to life. This proposal includes planning and design for the wedding day, ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party. Additional weekend events can always be added should you decide you’d like our support in bringing those to life as well.
How many team members are on site on a wedding day?
For your wedding production, a dedicated team of four will be onsite on your wedding day to ensure every detail is managed seamlessly. This allows us to be present in multiple locations and oversee all logistics with care and precision. Your lead planner on the day will be either Taylor or Gabrielle, both of whom you’ll work closely with throughout the planning and design process. Depending on the scope and scale as we get closer to the date of your event, additional team members may be added to provide the highest level of support.
WHat are the next steps?
If you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a contract for review. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting to get started.
