Do you charge a Travel fee?

Travel is always included in our pricing.

What is needed to secure our date?

To lock in your date, we require a 20% retainer along with a signed contract.

Do you plan rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and post wedding brunches?

Absolutely. This package includes planning, design and production for all wedding weekend events including your ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, welcome event, wedding, after party, and post-wedding brunch.

How many team members are on site on a wedding day?

For your wedding production, a dedicated team of six would be onsite to ensure every detail is seamlessly managed. This allows us to be present in multiple locations and handle all logistics with care. Depending on the scope and scale as we get closer to the date, additional team members may be brought in to best support the day.

WHat are the next steps?

If you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a contract for review. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting to get started and get your venue locked in!
