Led by Taylor, our design process transforms your vision into a cohesive and intentional celebration. From color palettes and floral selections to bespoke details, every element is curated to feel timeless with a twist, reflecting your story with beauty and purpose.

Production

On the wedding day, our experienced team brings the plan to life with precision and care. We manage the flow, style the spaces, and oversee every detail so you and your loved ones can be fully present in the moment.

Your Custom Package

This package includes full design services beginning one year out, paired with partial planning that begins six months before the wedding. We’ll guide the creative vision early on, then step in to manage vendor communication, timelines, and logistics in the final stretch, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.

Do you charge a Travel fee?

Travel is always included in our pricing, but if you are outside of an hour radius of Philadelphia, we ask that you book accommodations for our team within your room blocks.

What is needed to secure our date?

To lock in your date, we require a 20% retainer along with a signed contract. 

Do you plan rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and post wedding brunches? 

Absolutely. We’re happy to assist with all your wedding weekend events. Whether you're envisioning an intimate welcome dinner or a celebratory post-wedding brunch, we can tailor a proposal to include exactly what you need to bring your full weekend vision to life.

How many team members are on site on a wedding day?

For our full planning and design weddings, a dedicated team of four is typically onsite to ensure every detail is seamlessly managed. This allows us to be present in multiple locations and handle all logistics with care. Depending on the scope and scale of your event, additional team members may be brought in to best support the day.

WHat are the next steps?

If you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a contract for review. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting to begin the planning process and dive into the details.
